Breakfast Time...

Colton was so excited to wear shorts today to school...55 degrees feels like a summer day to him.
Colton always wants cereal in the morning for breakfast.
Cannon always want 2 waffles with lots of syrup.
Crew's diet consists of 1 waffle 3 times a day.  He is so picky and doesn't eat anything but waffles and crackers.  I am worried about him.

Haircut...

Cannon was brushing his teeth Wednesday night and saw scissors in the drawer by the toothbrushes.  He came running out of the bathroom and said, "look Mom"  pointing to the middle of his head.  I said what did you do?  He said I cut my hair because it was bugging me.  I said in a really stern voice, "Don't ever do that again, now we are going to have to shave your head."  He started screaming in a high pitch shrill voice and was freaking out.  He was saying all sorts of weird stuff like the police were going to come get him and that he didn't want to be bald.  He gets really upset when he thinks he is in trouble. I sat him on my lap and tried to calm him down.  I told him I wasn't mad at him and that we just had to cut his hair short so it would blend in.  He thought I was going to get a razor out and shave his head.  He woke up Thursday morning still so upset at himself that he had cut his hair.  If you look closely you can see the one snip he took in the middle of his head, right down to the scalp.  I didn't really buzz his head because we have family pictures in 2 weeks, but when it is spiked up in the front you can't really see the part that he cut.

Spending Time Outside Finally...

Not a good picture at all...This is where you can find Colton and Cannon when it is warm outside.  They love playing basketball!
Enjoying the scenery...
Cannon loves to ride his bike!
Colton loves to go to our neighbor's house after school and get a little treat.  She is so sweet and loves when the kids in the neighborhood come and visit her!
We actually got to walk down to the bus stop and wait for Colton to get off the bus from school.
Crew is absolutely loving the outdoors.  He stands by our front door and whines all day to go outside.  Our backyard still has quite a bit of snow on the ground, but I have a feeling Crew will spend a lot of time out there this summer.

Picture for the week...

I did not do well at taking pictures this week.  I think I was in mourning trying to get back into the swing of everyday life post vacation.  Colton and Cannon have their own rooms, but I don't remember the last time they slept in their own rooms.  This is how I found them one night after they had fallen asleep.  So Sweet!

Greg Singing...

We were walking by a Quartet singing at California Adventure and Greg sang a couple notes as he was walking by.  We stopped to watch the rest of the song and as soon as they were done singing that song, they asked Greg to join them singing "My Girl".  Here is a short clip...

Disneyland...

We just got back from an amazing trip to Disneyland.  The kids absolutely loved it and were so brave.  They went on all the rides and a few of their favorites were Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, and Tower of Terror.  Leading up to the trip, Colton and Cannon said they were not going to go on any of the big rides.  We beg and pleaded and during the drive to California they were still saying they wouldn't go on any of the "big" rides.  Sunday night we went into Disneyland for a few hours and the boys cried and pleaded with us not to have to go on any of the rides.  We took it easy this night and went on some of the boys old favorites.  Monday morning was a new day and the boys decided they wanted to try everything and much to our surprise they loved them all.  We left Crew at home, so us four were able to go from ride to ride and do the same thing.  It was a great trip.  We were also able to hit some of our favorite restaurants...PF Chang, Cheesecake Factory, In & Out, California Pizza Kitchen, The Claim Jumper, etc.  This trip wouldn't have been possible without our friends sharing their timeshare condo with us...Thanks Ryan and Amber, we had a great time!!!!
