Monday was the boys' first day of school. Cannon was so excited to go to school that all morning he was asking me if it was time yet. Colton was going to let me take him to school and then looked out the window at the bus stop and decided that since all his friends were already waiting at the bus that he would ride the bus. I was able to take Cannon for the first day and Crew and I were able to find Colton on the playground and find out how is morning went. The boys both loved the first day and I think this year will be great. Cannon came home yesterday and threw his backpack down and said "I still don't have homework." That boy is dying for homework. Crew walked around with a soft cooler that has a strap (as his backpack) and Cannon's shoes all day today. I think he already wants to go to school. Tonight was back to school night and it was fun to see the boys' classrooms and where they sit and visit with their teachers. Here is to a great 2009-2010 school year!

I have been dying to see the first day of school pictures. They are so cute. I don't think there could be more handsome boys---of course I am the grandma and see them with the eyes of love! I hope the year will be a great experience for them. Love Colton's pink shirt---remember when we wanted him to wear a pink shirt for Laurel's reception? He has grown up so much since then. Hope that Cannon doesn't get bored....they better give him some homework ----I am sure they will and it will be another story. Can't wait to see you all today! Love you!

What a fun day. The story of Crew cracks me up ~ what a little ham!! I hope Cannon has fun and doesn't get bored. Ashlyn wants homework too. Those silly kids, just wait and they won't want it. Hope you get a little breather in the afternoon. Love ya!

The kids are so cute. That's hilarious that Cannon wants homework so bad. In a few weeks he will be singing a different tune.
Ohhhhh! I am missing Cannon! I know that he will Love kindergarten. You need to bring him by to visit me sometime !!
